How mindfulness can help you
Here at Resource Buddy, we think mindfulness is best described as taking the time to stop, and concentrating your thoughts in the here and now. Not worrying about the past or the future, just thinking of right now.
People have been practicing mindfulness for thousands of years, however it’s benefits for people with physical health problems and mental health problems has only recently become known.
Mindfulness can help people cope with pain, depression, anger and anxiety as well as other feelings and emotions.
